No returns will be accepted without a EtailDepot.com Return Authorization Number (RA#).

A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will be charged to the Customers credit card.

The Customer must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from the Customer Center. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Etail Depot RA# posted on the outside of the package. Contact Us

All returned merchandise must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags, and must not have been washed, worn, used, etc.

Any additional shipping costs will be incurred at the Customer’s expense.

Etail Depot retains the right to not accept a return for any reason.
